Refund Policy

Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy:  All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted to the MISA Administrator at info@misa.on.ca or by calling 416-458-4410. 

Event Refund/Cancellation Policy: All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted directly to the Conference Administrator a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. 

Should the event  be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of MISA ONTARIO, the participant's registration fees will be fully refunded. 

Any cancellation requests made less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be refundable.

Name changes are acceptable at any time prior to the start of the event.
