The MISA Ontario Board of Directors consists of 10 elected voting members and 2 elected non-voting associate members. The positions are as follows:

- Vice President
- Past President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Regional Directors (4 - Northern, Eastern, Central & Western Ontario)
- Director at Large (1)
- Associate Representative (2)

Every two years, elections are held to select the new Board of Directors for a two-year term. For all positions, candidates must be members in good standing of MISA Ontario.
The Board of Directors meets approximately every month by teleconference and/or in person meetings (4 - 5 times per year). In-person meetings take place throughout the Province of Ontario.
The Directors of the Board set MISA Ontario's vision and policies, oversee prudent financial management, hire and guide the Executive Director, and help establish and evaluate our strategic objectives.
