The vendor trade show is an integral component of the MISA Annual Conference.
Trade Show Booth Information
The tradeshow floor will be open from:7:30 am until 4:30pm on June 14th
7:30 am until 4:30pm on June 15th
Booths are now available for purchase through the MISA online registration form (section H).
Once you have purchased a booth, contact Jon Page and include three choices for the location of your booth. See Trade show Floor Plan [PDF] - FINAL
All Booths Contain:
- One 8' Table
- Two Fabric Side Chairs
- 800W Electrical Connection (upgradeable to 1500W)
- Wireless Internet Connection
- One Full Delegate Conference Pass
Pricing for Trade show Booths
- 10 x 10 booths - Member Price: $2750.00 - Non-Member Price: $3250.00
- 10 x 20 booths - Member Price: $5500.00 - Non-Member Price: $6500.00
- 10 x 30 booths - Member Price: $8250.00 - Non-Member Price: $9750.00
Additional trade show staff may attend for $250.00 ($300 non-member) per day which includes food costs.

Loading and Unloading your Equipment to Booth
Due to casino security rules, Items while at the casino can only be received and / or moved by our production company StronCo. Items can be shipped to the site by StronCo or by the carrier of your choice (items must be received at the casino on Sunday and must be co-ordinated with StronCo). For any questions regarding the services and functions provided by StronCo, call 1-800-665-2621 and ask for Exhibitor Services and refer to the MISA 2010 annual conference.
Tradeshow Move-in / Move-Out information
These details are being handled by the production company StronCo, it is probably best if you call their "Exhibitor Services" @ 1-800-665-2621 refer that you are exhibiting at the MISA 2010 conference at Casino Niagara.
Prelimary Schedule (To be verified by StronCo)
- Sunday 7am - 1pm : production Company moves in booths and sets them up, and moves the vendors items into their booth spaces
- Sunday 1pm - 6pm : Vendors in hall setting up their booths - StronCo moving items into storage area
- Tuesday approx 4:30 - vendors start tearing down booths
- Tuesday Approx 5:30 - StronCo disassembles the Center booths in preparation for the Tuesday night dinner.
- Tuesday Approx 6:00 - Doors in grand hall are closed, and StronCo continues teardown while banquet is progressing.
- Tuesday Approx 10:30 - Booths torn down and removed from hall, exhibitor items moved to shipping dock and onto truck.
