History

The following is a history of the many people who have been involved with the MISA Executive, Regional Directors, Annual Conference and Newsletter/Journal since 1980.  All of these people have made important contributions to our association, and thus to the advancement of municipal governance through the development of e-government concepts, strategies and systems.
